The determination of a young lady

The story about Madame Chic originates in Gun-Inger Bertilsson’s search, as a young lady, for a range of beauty products which could solve her skin problems. She was allergic and had adverse reactions to ordinary cosmetics, a problem shared by many women today.

Gun-Inger studied to become a beautician and then worked in clinics in the USA and Switzerland, which specialised in allergy research. She also studied alternative medicine, bacteriology and allergy testing as well as under what conditions cosmetic products are to be produced. By solving her own skin problems, Gun-Inger has been able to help men and women with similar problems.
